The FAO Legal Office provides in-house counsel in accordance with the Basic Texts of the Organization, gives legal advisory services to FAO members, assists in the formulation of treaties on food and agriculture, for which the Director-General acts as Depositary, publishes legal studies and maintains a database (FAOLEX) of national legislation and international agreements concerning food and agriculture (including fisheries, forestry and water).

This Decree of the Government specified criteria for the delimitation of “mountain areas” in the sense of the Mountain Law. Mountain areas are areas where use of lands is costly due to the climatic conditions determined by altitudes of more than six-hundred metres, or, on lower altitudes of slopes of more than twenty degrees, slopes that are to steep for agricultural use or require expensive equipment for proper use.

Occupier's Liability Act 1984.
This Act defines the liability of an occupier of a leased area or premises. Section 1 of this Act shall bind the Crown, but as regards the Crown's liability in tort shall not bind the Crown further than the Crown is made liable in tort by the Crown Proceedings Act 1947.
Regulation establishing form of report used for the National Pollutant Release and Transfer Register.
An integrated pollutant release and transfer register at the national level has been established to facilitate public participation in environmental decision-making. This Regulation of the Minister of Environment, which is composed of five paragraphs and one Annex, lays down: (1) form of report containing information necessary for the National Pollutant Release and Transfer Register, (2) forms of submitting the report; (3) required techniques of submitting the report. The form of the questionnaire is specified in the Annex.
Common Agricultural Policy Single Payment and Support Schemes (Cross-compliance) (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2008 (S.I. No. 80 of 2008).
These Regulations amend the Common Agricultural Policy Single Payment and Support Schemes (Cross-compliance) (England) Regulations 2005 in paragraph 7 of the Schedule which sets out farmers’ obligations relating to the management of land not in agricultural production.
