Le présent décret fixe l'organisation et le régime financier des agences pour la mise en valeur des espaces urbains de la zone dite des cinquante pas géométriques, créées dans chacun des départements de la Guadeloupe et de la Martinique par l'article 4 de la loi du 30 décembre 1996, et qui sont des établissements publics d'Etat à caractère industriel et commercial placés sous la tutelle des ministres chargés de l'urbanisme et de l'outre-mer, exerçant les missions définies à l'article L. 89-8 du Code du domaine de l'Etat et aux articles 4 et 5 de la loi du 30 décembre 1996 précitée.

Development and Planning (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations, 2010.

These Regulations amend the Development and Planning Regulations (2006 revision) in a various provisions concerning planning and building permissions on residential and agricultural land. Some requirements also concern construction in coastal zones. They also concern "planned area developments", i.e. master planned developments of large tracts of land that provide for a mix of land uses, densities and open space. A planned area development may be considered when a proposed master plan is submitted to the Central Planning Authority for approval.

This Act provides for the management and conservation of the sea-shore meaning the water and the land between the low-water mark and the high-water mark. Subject to the provisions of this Act, the State President shall be the owner of the sea-shore and the sea, except of any portion thereof which was lawfully alienated before the commencement of this Act or may be alienated hereafter under this Act or under any other law. The Minister may, on such conditions as he may deem expedient, let any portion of the sea-shore and the sea for specified purposes.
