This Law establishes the second amendment of Law No. 54/2005 regulating the title ownership of water resources. Amendments deal with the updating of its provisions concerning the requirements and dead lines necessary for obtaining the title recognition of internal land, borders of river or coastal areas related to marine or any other navigable water courses, with their respective beds, and even the banks belonging to public entities.

La loi n° 86-2 du 3 janvier 1986 relative à l’aménagement, la protection et la mise en valeur du littoral (dite « loi littoral ») prévoit que le secrétariat général du Conseil national de la mer et des littoraux (CNML) est assuré par le délégué interministériel au développement durable, conjointement avec le délégué interministériel à l’aménagement du territoire et à l’attractivité régionale et le secrétaire général à la mer.

This Order grants powers to the Marine Management Organisation to fix a fee or charge for the monitoring of any activity authorised by a licence granted under section 71(1)(a) or (b) of the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009. Those fees are set out in Schedule 1. The Order also confers power on the Organisation to charge a fee for determining applications for the variation or transfer of such licences. The fees for variation or transfer are set out in Schedule 2.

These Regulations, made under the Integrated Coastal Management Act, 2008, concern control of public launch sites as defined by these Regulations. Such sites shall be listed by authority and shall be managed by a management body appointed for such purposes. A management authority in its management plan or integrated management plan shall identify public launch sites within a protected area including those sites which share adjacent common boundaries with a terrestrial protected area.

This Law amends Law No. 27/2007 on the Management of Coastal Area and Isles. Amendments deal with several articles specifying administrative and legal proceedings for managing coastal areas and small islands meeting environmental requirements for the following purposes: conservation, education and training, research and development, mariculture, tourism, environmentally friendly fisheries and maritime business and fishery industry, organic agriculture, husbandry, state defense and security.

These Regulations amend the Foreshore Act 1933 for the purpose of giving effect in part to Council Directive No. 2011/92/EU. They amend section 13A which sets out the developments/activities that may require environmental impact assessment in relation to consents under the Act. Deep drilling within the scope of the Annex to the Directive. The Regulations also prevent double screening of environmental impact assessment in respect of a petroleum activity where a foreshore lease or licence is being sought.

These Regulations give further effect in Irish law to Article 3 of Directive No. 2011/92/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council on the assessment of the effects of certain public and private projects on the environment, They amend Part 2 of Schedule 5 of the Planning and Development Regulations 2001 to include all deep drilling within the scope of the Annex to the Directive. This Schedule sets out the developments/activities that may require environmental impact assessment in relation to consents under the Planning and Development Act 2000.

This Regional Decree, approves the Regulation on the incentive system for the maintenance of traditional landscapes of vine cultivation in corrals and terraces and traditional species, located in protected landscapes and coastal areas, integrated in the natural parks and biosphere reserves of the island.
