The Parties shall cooperate on environmental policy and management, town and country planning, reduction of environmental pollution, nature protection and cultural heritage, environmental monitoring and information systems, education and propaganda. A permanent Hungarian-Norwegian Workgroup is established for the implementation of this Agreement. The Agreement is in force for five years and shall be automatically extended for a further five years unless one of the Parties rescinds it three months before expiry.

The plantation of lands specified in the Master Plan of the City of Baghdad shall be carried out in accordance with the Plan within the limitation of the tree line. Planting of certain seasonal crops is excluded from this provision (art. 1a). The requirement laid down in article 1a concerns water share. Cultivation of lands without a water share shall commence one year after the allocation of a water share has taken place (art. 1b). Non-compliance with the requirement may bring about the modification of the lease contract (art. 2).

The Minister may, by Order published in the Gazette, declare any area of public land to be a preserved area. Section 4 declares the Land Ordinance to apply to preserved areas.

No person shall occupy or use more than three acres of land for urban farming. No person shall, except where that person practices zero grazing, graze his animal in an urban area (reg. 3). "Urban farming" means the carrying out of plant or animal husbandry activities as set out in the Schedule within statutory township boundaries. Regulation 4 prohibits farming which may cause nuisance in other zones as those destined for urban farming. (4 regulations)

Ce règlement déclare obligatoire le plan d'aménagement global "Haff-Réimech. Ce plan comprend parmi d'autres la zone protégée des réserves naturelles du "Baggerweieren" et la zone viticole et agricole. La première est destinée à garantir la protection d'espèces rares de la faune et de la flore et la dernière est destinée à l'exercice de la viticulture et de l'agriculture. En plus, tous les travaux viticoles et agricoles usuels peuvent y être exécutés. Le règlement comprend 17 articles.

Cet arrêté porte réglementation des réserves foncières. Ces réserves sont destinées à couvrir les besoins en terre nécessaires à la constitution des espaces vitaux des agglomérations, à la réalisation d'infrastructures et d'aménagements collectifs et à la couverture des demandes de terrain à mettre en valeur exprimées par des exploitants agricoles tant pour l'extension d'une exploitation existante que pour la création d'exploitations nouvelles.

This Resolution is composed of 6 articles: governmental and national authorities shall carry out studies to evaluate the impact on the environment of the projects included in the attached list (art. 1); the Environmental Protection Council shal keep the following information: comprehensive description of the project; justification and objectives of the project; description of state of the environment; examination of the impact of the project on the environment; and, indication of the environmental protection mesures (art. 2).

This Order defines the ecological requirements for the drawing up and implementation of territorial and urban development plans and investment projects.

El presente Decreto, que consta de 13 artículos, establece la Metodología para la determinación de la capacidad de uso de las tierras de Costa Rica, que es de aplicación obligatoria en la elaboración de todas las estrategias, políticas, proyectos, programas, planes y ejecución de actividades específicas que se lleven a cabo en el territorio nacional por instituciones nacionales e internacionales de carácter público o privado. Se crea un comité de coordinación con el objeto de poder dar un seguimiento, evaluación, modificación y actualización a la presente metodología.
